OPTIONAL SERVICES
A list of basic services will be provided at One Accord RCFE to the residents before signing the admission agreement. The basic minimum services will be provided as in Title 22, regulations 87307 and 87464. An addendum to the agreement will be signed for any optional services that the resident may need and that the facility is willing to provide. The optional services will be charged separately, taking into account the requirement of no extra charges for SSI/SSP residents.
